Psychiatrie in der klinischen Medizin

Zusammenfassung

Wenn Patienten neben einer psychischen Störung auch von einem körperlichen Leiden betroffen sind, so kann die Beziehung zwischen beiden Erkrankungen ganz unterschiedlicher Natur sein. Körperliche und psychische Störungen können sich wechselseitig bedingen, sich als Risikofaktor auf Entstehung und Verlauf der jeweils anderen Erkrankung auswirken und natürlich auch im Sinne einer zufälligen Koinzidenz aufeinander treffen.
