Zusammenfassung

Kutane Lymphome gehören zur Gruppe der extranodalen Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome, innerhalb derer sie die zweithäufigste Lymphomform darstellen. Die Inzidenz wird auf eine Neuerkrankung pro Jahr und 100000 Einwohner geschätzt [28]. Primäre kutane Lymphome entstehen definitionsgemäß in der Haut und bleiben in der Regel über längere Zeit (mindestens 6 Monate) auf das Hautorgan beschränkt, während sekundäre kutane Lymphome kutane Manifestationen von disseminierten, primär nodalen oder extranodalen Lymphomen darstellen [29]. Primäre kutane Lymphome umfassen ein weites, klinisch und histologisch heterogenes Spektrum lymphoproliferativer Neoplasien, wobei 65% der kutanen Lymphome den kutanen T-Zell-Lymphomen (CTCL), 25% den kutanen B-Zell-Lymphomen (CBCL) und 10% weiteren, seltenen Formen von kutanen Lymphome zugeordnet werden können.
