Zusammenfassung

Der CO2-Laser in seinen verschiedenen Ausführungen, sowie der Erbium-YAG-Laser sind die beiden etablierten ablativen Lasergeräte in der Dermatologie. Sie emittieren im Infrarotbereich und zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Absorption im Wasser aus. Ihre Hauptanwendungsgebiete liegen daher in der Oberflächenchirurgie der Haut und hautnahen Schleimhäute, wo das Gewebe schichtweise abgetragen werden kann [1, 2, 7].
