Zusammenfassung

Der Ausdruck „Laser“ ist ein Akronym für „Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation“. Laserlicht ist eine elektromagnetische Strahlung mit einer Wellenlänge von 400 nm bis ca. 10000 nm. Es weist folgende spezifischen Eigenschaften auf:

  • Laserlicht ist monochromatisch.

  • Laserlicht ist kohärent.

  • Laserlicht ist strahlenförmig (kollimiert).
