Zusammenfassung
Ein Krallennagel entsteht in der Regel bei Zustand nach Teilamputation des Fingerendgliedes, wobei das Nagelbett bei Knappheit der Wunddeckung mit der dorsalen Haut nach palmar gezogen ist. Das Nagelbett wird aufgerichtet und geschient, der entstandene Weichteildefekt mittels Lappenplastik gedeckt. Zur Wiederherstellung der normalen Länge des Fingerendgliedes wird ein Knochentransplantat eingesetzt.
