Zusammenfassung
Partielle Arthrodese des Handgelenkes, um — bei Erhaltung einer ausreichenden Beweglichkeit — eine begrenzte Pathologie zu beseitigen. Die Arthrodese des Skaphotrapeziumtrapezoid-Gelenkes (STT) beeinträchtigt die Biomechanik des Karpus, aber zerstört sie nicht vollkommen. Der erhaltene Gelenkanteil (Mediokarpalgelenk) wird nicht mehr als normal beansprucht.
