Abstract

Comprehensive interdisciplinary information is needed in order to develop pplicies in the fields of energy management and environmental protection. A detailed analysis is required for the investigation of possible strategies of the status quo and the historical pathways that led to the present situation. Therefore, the development of a computerbased, user-friendly energy information system is necessary.
