Abstract
The periodic orbits inside non rotating triaxial models of elliptical galaxies are studied using Hale’s general, analytical and rigorous method for perturbed autonomous differential systems. Hale’s method is applied here in the lowest approximation. A comparison between the theoretical and numerical calculations indicates good results.
