Zusammenfassung

Die Vorstellung zur Herztransplantation erfolgt gewöhnlich, wenn Beschwerden der Funktionsklasse III/IV nach den Kriterien der New York Heart Association (NYHA) auftreten. Die Symptome der Herzinsuffizienz können von Symptomen der Ischämie und Arrhythmie begleitet sein. Hier zeigt sich die enge Verzahnung der Diagnostik und Therapie von linksventrikulärer Dysfunktion, Ischämie und Arrhythmie (Tabelle 2.1).
