Zusammenfassung
Die hypertrophe obstruktive Kardiomyopathie (HOCM), auch idiopathische Subaortenstenose genannt, findet sich bei etwa 0,2% der Bevölkerung. Hauptursache sind spontane Mutationen und eine familiäre autosomal-dominante Vererbung.
