Zusammenfassung

Bei der medikamentösen Therapie der Angina pectoris ist die klinische Differenzierung in stabile und instabile Angina entscheidend für die Wahl der therapeutischen Strategie. Grund dafür sind die unterschiedlichen pathophysiologischen Mechanismen, die auf der einen Seite der stabilen und auf der anderen Seite der instabilen Angina und dem akuten Infarkt zugrunde liegen.
