Zusammenfassung
Dieser Vortrag beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, was wir im Hinblick auf die Technologie-und Industriepolitik aus Evolutionstheorien lernen können. Zunächst möchte ich ein Grundprinzip evolutionstheoretischer Analysen ansprechen. Danach werde ich einige Hauptresultate dieses Forschungsansatzes skizzieren. Schließlich werde ich normative Folgerungen diskutieren. Die Aufgabe, die Grundelemente einer evolutionären Perspektive zu umreißen, wird durch den vorhergegangenen Vortrag (vgl. den Beitrag von Cantner und Hanusch) sehr erleichtert. Daher benötige ich nur einige Verweise auf die Hauptelemente der evolutionären Analyse.
