Résumé
La clinique nous apprend que certaines intoxications sont dues à l’histamine du tube digestif. Bien que cette conception soit en contradiction avec les données de la pharmacologie classique, les arguments qualitatifs et quantitatifs des cliniciens sont assez solides pour faire réviser la notion selon laquelle l’histamine contenue dans le milieu intestinal est dépourvue de toxicité pour l’organisme.
