Résumé

Les recherches expérimentales de Dale et Laidlaw (1910) qui, les premiers, ont mis en évidence les analogies qui existent entre le choc anaphylactique et le choc histaminique, ont eu le grand mérite d’ouvrir un nouveau et vaste domaine d’études dont l’intérêt a été démontré par le grand nombre de travaux d’ordre biologique sur l’importance de l’histamine dans la pathogénèse des phénomènes anaphylactiques.
