Zusammenfassung

Zur Frage der Entstehung der Lageanomalien vertritt man heute nach langem Meinungsstreit über die funktionelle Bedeutung des parametranen Halteapparates des Uterus und des muskulären Stützapparates des Beckenbodens (Halban-Tandler 1907, E. Martin 1911, V. Jaschke 1929) folgende Auffassung: Die Lageanomalien des Genitale kommen entweder durch Versagen des Halteapparates (parametraner Bandapparat) oder des Stützapparates (muskulärer Beckenboden) oder aber durch eine Kombination beider Insuffizienzformen zustande. Die Ursachen können konstitutionell oder aber durch erworbene Schäden bedingt sein; auch hier ist wieder mit einer Kombination beider Faktoren zu rechnen. Die Hauptursachen für die erworbenen Schäden dürften Geburtstraumen sein. Halteapparat und Stützapparat erfahren hochgradige Dehnungen, Auflockerungen und Zerreißungen. Sie bilden sich später nur unvollkommen zurück; wirkliche Spontanheilungen kommen kaum vor. Der Grad des Dauerschadens wird sowohl vor. Ausmaß des Traumas als auch von konstitutionellen Faktoren bestimmt.
