Zusammenfassung

In Kapitel 1 wurde bereits auf das weitverbreitete Vorkommen kolloidaler Systeme sowie auf deren Bedeutung im täglichen Leben verwiesen. Nicht weniger bedeutungsvoll sind Kolloide für industrielle Verfahren und deren Produkte. Ein umfassender Überblick über die Kolloidtechnologie würde ein mehrbändiges Werk füllen. Daher können wir an dieser Stelle nur solche Industriezweige nennen, die in den letzten Jahrzehnten großen Einfluß auf die Kolloidwissenschaft genommen haben.
