Zusammenfassung

Gerinnungsstörungen aufgrund eines erblichen Faktormangels sind bei zehn der Gerinnungsfaktoren bekannt. Hierunter nehmen die Hämophilie A (Faktor-VIII-Mangel), die Hämophilie B (Faktor-IX-Mangel) und das Von-Willebrand-JürgensSyndrom den größten Anteil ein, während die übrigen ausgesprochen selten sind.
