Grenzfälle aus der gefäßchirurgischen Praxis

Zusammenfassung

Obwohl über die Chirurgie der Intestinalarterien bereits seit Jahrzehnten publiziert wird (21, 37), sind elektive Operationen auch heute noch relativ selten. Die Analyse der Fallstatistik ergibt bei den meisten Autoren eine Häufigkeit von 5 –10 Operationen pro Jahr (26, 40). Dem entspricht ein Anteil der symptomatischen chronischen intestinalen Durchblutungsstörungen am gesamtgefäßchirurgischen Krankengut von nur 2% (28).
