Zusammenfassung

Für Patienten, welche die konventionelle Insulintherapie anwenden, wurden diverse Regeln aufgestellt, wie man die Behandlung den wechselnden Bedingungen anpassen sollte. Es gab die Constam o-8-Regel (Constam 1985), es gibt diverse Hinweise zur Anpassung der Insulintherapie unter Zeitverschiebung etc.
