Zusammenfassung
Die Brust besteht aus 3 Gewebearten:Drüsengewebe, Fettgewebe und umgebendes Bindegewebe. Das Drüsengewebe wiederum besteht aus den Drüsenläppchen (lobulärer Anteil) und den Drüsengängen (duktaler Anteil). Bei der laktierenden Frau wird die Milch von den Zellen der Drüsenläppchen produziert und dann durch die Gänge zur Brustwarze geleitet. Der bindegewebige Anteil der Brust besteht aus Fettgewebe und fibrösem Bindegewebe, welches durch seine ligamentartige Anordnung der Brust die äußere Form gibt.
