Die Gynäkologie

Zusammenfassung

Die Ätiologie ist unklar, evtl. kommen hormonelle Dysbalancen für die Hyperplasie des Endometriums infrage. Dafür spricht das bevorzugte Auftreten in der Peri- und Postmenopause, wobei in der Postmenopause unbedingt ein Endometriumkarzinom ausgeschlossen werden muss. Nicht selten treten Korpuspolypen und Endometriumkarzinome gemeinsam auf. Differenzialdiagnostisch kommen weiterhin Uterusmyome in Betracht.
