Zusammenfassung
Mit der Einführung der Triptane hat sich die Migränetherapie deutlich gewandelt. Ergotamin ist fast vollständig verlassen worden. Auch die Verordnung der Sekalealkaloidkombinationen ist seit zehn Jahren um über 70% zurückgegangen. Die Triptanverordnungen sind 2001 weiter gestiegen. Sumatriptan behauptet seine führende Position.
