Bei der von Lown, Wyatt und Levine 1960 beschriebenen Vorhoftachykardie mit Block handelt es sich um eine ektope Tachykardie, die klinisch sehr selten paroxysmal, in Einzelfällen persistierend auftritt und zu Rezidiven neigt [40, 65].
