Zusammenfassung
Das Wolff-Parkinson-White-Syndrom ist durch folgende Merkmale im EKG charakterisiert:

— normale P-Welle,

— abnorm kurze PQ-Dauer,
-
— verbreiterter QRS-Komplex (0,11–0,14 s) zu Lasten der PQ-Zeit(< 0,12 s),
-
— δ-Welle (Dauer 0,03–0,06 s) als Ausdruck einer vorzeitigen Erregung der Kammer.
