Zusammenfassung

Perioperative Störungen der Herz-Kreislauf-Funktion, die pharmakologisch behandelt werden müssen, treten bei herzchirurgischen Patienten häufig auf. Die wichtigsten Pharmaka, die hierfür angewendet werden, umfassen folgende Gruppen:
  • inotrope Substanzen und Vasopressoren,

  • β-Rezeptorenantagonisten,

  • Kalziumantagonisten,

  • Vasodilatatoren,

  • Antiarrhythmika.
