Abstract
In the routine practice it is becoming very common to admit patients for surgery who are in severe shock and the surgery is so urgent that no sufficient time is left for a prolonged and complete reanimation. The already very poor state of such a patient makes the choice of suitable anaesthetics an additional problem.
