Wenn durch elektrische Stimulation nach jedem Herzschlag eine vorzeitige Extrasystole induziert wird, so kann der potenzierende Effekt auf den postextrasystolischen Schlag in praktisch unbegrenzter Wiederholung ausgenützt werden.
