Zusammenfassung

Bei der Verwendung von Lasern verschiedener Wellenlängen ist immer die thermische Destruktion der choroidalen Neovakularisation das Ziel der Behandlung. Zunächst erfolgt die zirkuläre Markierung der Außengrenzen der choroidalen Neovakularisation mit kleinen Herden. Anschließend wird eine flächige Koagulation der Gefäßmembran mit größeren Herden bis zur kompletten ophthalmoskopischen Weißfärbung vorgenommen.
