In der juristischen Literatur werden in immer noch zunehmendem Maße Rechtsfragen im Zusammenhang mit AIDS erörtert. Auch die Gerichte werden mehr und mehr mit Fällen befaßt, in denen eine HIV-Infektion von Bedeutung ist.
