Zusammenfassung

Aciclovir ist ein Virustatikum zur Behandlung von Herpes simplex (HSV)Infektionen (Typ 1,2), von Varizella-Zoster (VZV)-Infektionen und von bestimmten durch Epstein-Barr-Virusverursachten Erkrankungen (Haarleukoplakie). Zytomegalie-Virus (CMV)Infektionen sprechen auf Aciclovir im allgemeinen nicht an.
