Zusammenfassung

Die polarographische Messung des Sauerstoffpartialdruckes von Organen mit Mehrdrahtoberflächenelektrode (MDO) nach KESSLER und LUBBERS (1) ermöglicht einen Einblick in die Sauerstoffversorgung des Gewebes. Um Aufschluß über die Beeinflussung der Gewebsoxygenierung durch Fentanyl- bzw. Enfluraneanästhesie sowie durch extracorporale Zirkulation (EKZ) zu gewinnen, wurde bei aortocoronaren Bypassoperationen der PO2 auf der Skeletmuskeloberfläche registriert. Darüberhinaus wurden wichtige hämodynamische Parameter bestimmt.
