Zusammenfassung

Neuere Untersuchungen zeigen, daß Opioid-Peiltide nicht nur für die Schmerzempfindlichkeit, sondern auch bei der Blutdruckregulation eine Rolle spielen. Eine Beteiligung im Schock wird angenommen, da Naloxon als Antagonist unter diesen Bedingungen sowohl im Tierexperiment (3) als auch beim Menschen (4) den Blutdruck steigert. Allerdings fehlen bisher Angaben über Plasmasoiegel von Opioid-Peptiden im Schock.
