Zusammenfassung

Primäre retroperitoneale Tumoren sind retroperitoneal entstandene Tumoren, die nicht von retroperitonealen Organen ausgehen. Sie können neuraler oder mesodermaler Herkunft sein, aus dem Sinus urogenitalis oder embryonalem Gewebe hervorgehen oder dem lymphatischen Gewebe entstammen.
