Zusammenfassung

Zur Identifikation der zellreichen Areale auf dem Objektträger ist die Durchmusterung mit einer 100-fachen Vergrößerung (10-Okular, 10-Ob-jektiv) sinnvoll. Bei Zellanreicherungsverfahren mit einer immer gleichen und demzufolge mittels der Koordinaten des Objektträgertisches auffindbaren Auftragstelle (s. Kap. 8.5) ist dies häufig nicht erforderlich.
