Zusammenfassung
Die Darstellung umweltökonomischer Instrumente erfolgt nach einem Gliederungskriterium, das sich strikt am Effizienzziel orientiert. Einleitend werden wir den Effizienzbegriff hinsichtlich seines methodologischen Hintergrundes betrachten, um dabei deutlich zu machen, worin die Besonderheit der am Effizienzbegriff orientierten ökonomischen Position besteht.
