Zusammenfassung
Unter der Transposition der großen Arterien (TGA) wird die spiegelbildliche Vertauschung der arteriellen Ausflusstrakte beider Herzkammern verstanden. Die Aorta entspringt hierbei dem rechten Ventrikel und die A. pulmonalis dem linken Ventrikel bei normaler atrioventrikulärer Verbindung.
