Zusammenfassung

Bei der Fertigung von Antriebswellen werden unter anderem folgende Arbeitsgänge durchgeführt:

  • Kreissäge: Eine Eisenstange (3 m lang) wird vollständig in 10 cm lange Stücke zersägt

  • Schrägbettdrehmaschine: Ein Eisenstück wird mit Hilfe von 0,2 1 Kühlwasser 30 Sekunden lang zu einer ungeschliffenen Welle gedreht

  • Rundschleifmaschine: Während des Schleifvorgangs der ungeschliffenen Welle fallen neben der fertigen Welle 5 g Metallspäne und 0,51 Abwasser an.
