Zusammenfassung
Das primäre Ziel jeglicher therapeutischer Bemühungen zur Behebung einer Hypovolämie bzw. Hämorrhagie besteht in der frühzeitigen Zufuhr ausreichender Mengen volumenwirksamer Infusionslösungen. Wenngleich die Ansichten darüber differieren, ob kolloidale Plasmaersatzlösungen oder kristalloide Lösungen primär zugeführt werden sollen, so besteht doch Einigkeit in dem Bemühen, intravasale Flüssigkeitsverluste so rasch wie möglich zu beseitigen. Dadurch wird der Volumenverlust behoben, und ein ausreichendes intravasales Volumen gewährleistet einen zufriedenstellenden Perfusionsdruck. So ist es unabdingbar, primär den Volumenmangel zu beseitigen, da nur so ein ausreichendes Herzminutenvolumen und damit eine Gewebeperfusion wiederhergestellt werden können.
