Zusammenfassung

Thrombozyten besitzen, wie alle anderen zellulären Elemente des Blutes, eine dreischichtige Plasmamembran („unit membrane“), der ein etwa 150–200 Å dicker, äußerer Mantel aufliegt. Dieser enthält adsorbierte Plasmaproteine, spezifische Glykoproteine und verschiedene Enzyme, die eine wichtige Rolle in der Hämostase spielen [77]. Er ist möglicherweise auch für die Adsorption von Antigenen von Bedeutung. Die Plasmamembran trägt die meisten der heute bekannten Thrombozytenantigene.
