Zusammenfassung

Der serologische Nachweis erythrozytärer Antigene und der entsprechenden Antikörper ist nach wie vor die Basis der transfusionsmedizinischen Labordiagnostik. Aus der Vielzahl möglicher Verfahren wird eine Auswahl der im Laboratorium der Autoren angewendeten Methoden beschrieben, mit deren Ergebnissen sich immunhämolytische Symdrome unter Berücksichtigung klinischer Daten meistens diagnostizieren lassen.
