Alloantigene von Thrombozyten

Zusammenfassung

Menschliche Thrombozyten enthalten ebenso wie alle anderen zellulären Blutelemente genetisch determinierte Alloantigene, die bei vielen Krankheitsbildern wie der neonatalen Alloimmunthrombozytopenie (s.Kap.30), der posttransfusionellen Purpura (s. Kap.34), dem Refraktärzustand bei Thrombozytentransfusionen (s. Kap. 21) und bei Transplantationen (s. Kap. 28) eine wichtige Rolle spielen. Für die Diagnostik, Prophylaxe und Therapie solcher Krankheitszustände ist deshalb die Kenntnis thrombozytärer Antigen-Antikörper-Reaktionen unabdingbare Voraussetzung.
