Schmerzen im Bein (Wachstumsschmerz) stellen eines der häufigsten Beschwerdebilder in der kinderorthopädischen Sprechstunde dar. Ziel ist ein standardisiertes Untersuchungsschema mit Erfassung aller Differentialdiagnosen aufzustellen.
