Zusammenfassung
Das Thoraxröntgenbild ist das wichtigste diagnostische Hilfsmittel bei der Beurteilung von Thoraxverletzungen. Es ist nicht der Sinn dieser Ausführungen, auf die zumeist bekannte Röntgendiagnostik einzelner Verletzungsbilder hinzuweisen; dies bleibt den einzelnen Kapiteln im speziellen Teil dieses Buches sowie umfassenden Darstellungen aus radiologischer Sicht [19] vorbehalten. Es sollen hier vielmehr auf Schwierigkeiten und Fehler bei der Interpretation des Thoraxröntgenbildes nach Trauma hingewiesen und die Indikationen für spezielle Röntgenuntersuchungen zusammengefaßt werden.
