Zusammenfassung

Zwerchfellrupturen durch stumpfes Trauma sind zwar nicht häufig, aber doch nicht so selten, daß nicht jeder Chirurg gelegentlich mit diesem Krankheitsbild konfrontiert würde. Im eigenen Krankengut fanden sie sich in 3% aller schweren Thoraxverletzungen.
