Zusammenfassung
Um die allgemeinen Beziehungen der Thermodynamik praktisch anwenden zu können, muß man die physikalischen Eigenschaften der Stoffe kennen, die in die thermodynamischen Rechnungen eingehen. Diese Eigenschaften sind in der thermischen, kalorischen und Entropie-Zustandsgleichung bzw. in einer kanonischen Zustandsgleichung zusammengefaßt, vgl. 3.2.2. Über die Form der thermischen Zustandsgleichung kann die Thermodynamik keine Aussage machen; sie muß durch Messungen der Zustandsgrößen p, v und T bestimmt werden, sofern man nicht über zutreffende molekulare Stoffmodelle verfügt, vgl. hierzu K. Lucas [4.1]. Zwischen den thermischen und kalorischen Zustandsgrößen einer fluiden Phase bestehen auf Grund des 2. Hauptsatzes Beziehungen, die es gestatten, aus einer bekannten thermischen Zustandsgleichung p = p(T, v) die kalorischen Zustandsgrößen und die Entropie zu berechnen. Wir gehen daher zuerst auf die thermischen Zustandsgrößen ein und behandeln dann die eben genannten Beziehungen. Wir beschränken uns auf reine Stoffe; die Eigenschaften von Gasgemischen werden in 5.2 erläutert.
