Zusammenfassung
Weitere ätiologisch bedeutsame Faktoren sind der Zusammenhang zwischen Zigarettenkonsum und erhöhter Blasentumorinzidenz. Das relative Risiko beträgt im Verhältnis Raucher zu Nichtraucher 2:1 bis 6:1. Chronische Infekte spielen ebenfalls hier insbesondere in der Entstehung von Plattenepithelkarzinomen eine bedeutsame Rolle. Als ätiologische Faktoren sind hervorzuheben unspezifische chronische Harnwegsinfekte in Verbindung mit Steinleiden und Fremdkörpern, Bilharziose mit Organmanifestation in der Harnblase, die Balkannephropathie sowie die chronische interstitielle Nephritis. Gefährdete Berufsgruppen: Arbeiter in der Farbindustrie, gummiverarbeitenden Industrie, Gasproduktion in der Kohleindustrie, Kammerjäger, Aluminiumindustrie, Textilfärbung, Textilindustrie, Druckindustrie, Kriminomaler, Friseure.
