Zusammenfassung
Klinisch und histologisch werden verschiedene Basaliomformen unterschieden, für deren Behandlung die Zuordnung zu folgenden 3 Kategorien wesentlich ist:
-
Umschriebene Basaliome: solides Basaliom, adenoides Basaliom, zystisches Basaliom, trichoepitheliomartiges Basaliom, fibroepitheliomartiges Basaliom, Basaliom mit talgdrüsenartiger Differenzierung, Basaliom mit ekkriner Schweißdrüsen-Differenzierung, Basaliom mit Amyloidablagerung, zylindroides Basaliom.
-
Diffus wachsende Basaliome: sklerodermiformes Basaliom, keloidiformes Basaliom, Rumpfhaut-Basaliom, ekkrine- und apokrine Basaliome.
-
Destruierend wachsende Basaliome: Ulcus rodens (ulzerierendes Basaliom), Ulcus terebrans (Destruktion verschiedener Gewebsanteile, z. B. Knor?pel, Knochen etc.).
