Zusammenfassung

Die meisten kolorektalen Karzinome entstehen aus adenomatösen Polypen. Mehr als 90% sind Adenokarzinome, manchmal mit reichlich extrazellulärem oder intrazellulärem (Siegelringzellen) Schleim. Auch Karzinoide, Leiomyosarkome und Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome kommen vor.
