Zusammenfassung

Die histologische Klassifikation erfolgt nach der überarbeiteten Fassung der Weltgesundheitsorganisation von 1981 [4]. Danach werden 3 Tumortypen nicht-kleinzelliger Karzinome unterschieden:

  1. I.

Plattenepithelkarzinom (epidermoidales Karzinom) Variante: Spindelzelliges Plattenepithelkarzinom.

  2. II.

    Adenokarzinome

    1. 1.

      azinäres Adenokarzinom

    2. 2.

      papilläres Adenokarzinom

    3. 3.

      bronchiolo-alveoläres Karzinom

    4. 4.

      solides, schleimbildendes Adenokarzinom.

  3. III.

    großzelliges Bronchialkarzinom

  4. 1.

    großzelliges Karzinom mit Riesenzellen

  5. 2.

    hellzelliges Bronchialkarzinom.
