In der verwirrenden Terminologie der Medizin gibt es wahrscheinlich keinen Ausdruck — vielleicht mit Ausnahme des Wortes „Auto-immunität“ der so häufig, von so vielen und mit so wenig Grund gebraucht wird, wie der Ausdruck „Hypersplenismus“.
